Rewyre Terms Of Use

Welcome to Rewyre. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rewyre mobile application (the "App") operated by SGES Dev LLC ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 17 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 17 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update your information if it changes
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. THE REWYRE SERVICE

What Rewyre Provides

Rewyre is a digital wellness application designed to help users build discipline, break compulsive habits, and develop healthier routines. The App provides:

  • A structured 45-Day Protocol
  • Progress tracking and milestones
  • Guided meditations and exercises
  • Journaling tools
  • AI-powered coaching
  • Anonymous community support

What Rewyre Is NOT

Rewyre is not a medical or mental health service. The App is designed for general wellness and self-improvement purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.

The AI coach and App content are not substitutes for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical or mental health condition.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please contact emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

Subscription Terms

Rewyre may offer subscription plans for access to premium features. By subscribing:

  • You authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Prices are subject to change with notice

Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Your purchase is subject to Apple's terms and conditions. We do not collect or store your payment information.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted through Apple. We do not process refunds directly.

5. USER CONTENT

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create in the App, including journal entries and community posts ("User Content"). By posting User Content to the community, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use that content in connection with the App.

Content Guidelines

You agree not to post or share content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory
  • Is sexually explicit or pornographic
  • Promotes violence, discrimination, or hate speech
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains malware, spam, or deceptive content
  • Violates the privacy of others
  • Impersonates another person or entity
  • Encourages illegal activity or self-harm

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

Community Anonymity

The Rewyre community is designed to be anonymous. You agree not to:

  • Share personal identifying information of yourself or others
  • Attempt to identify or "dox" other users
  • Solicit personal information from other users

6. AI COACHING FEATURES

Nature of AI Responses

The AI coach provides automated responses generated by artificial intelligence. These responses:

  • Are for informational and supportive purposes only
  • Are not professional advice
  • May occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate
  • Should not be relied upon as a substitute for human judgment or professional guidance

Limitations

The AI coach cannot:

  • Provide medical, legal, or financial advice
  • Diagnose or treat any condition
  • Access emergency services on your behalf
  • Remember information between separate conversations (unless context is provided)

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use and act upon AI-generated responses. We are not liable for any decisions or actions you take based on AI coaching.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Property

The App, including its design, features, content, trademarks, and technology, is owned by SGES Dev LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the App without our written permission.

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or other accounts
  • Use automated systems to access the App (bots, scrapers, etc.)
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Circumvent any security features
  • Use the App to harm, abuse, or harass others
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
  • Use the App for commercial purposes without authorization

9. DISCLAIMERS

"AS IS" Basis

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee that:

  • The App will meet your specific requirements
  • The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • Results from using the App will be accurate or reliable
  • Any errors will be corrected

Health Disclaimer

REWYRE IS A WELLNESS APP AND IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE OR SERVICE. WE MAKE NO CLAIMS REGARDING HEALTH OUTCOMES. INDIVIDUAL RESULTS VARY. THE APP IS NOT INTENDED TO REPLACE PROFESSIONAL TREATMENT FOR ADDICTION, MENTAL HEALTH CONDITIONS, OR ANY OTHER MEDICAL ISSUE.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SGES DEV LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SGES Dev LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. TERMINATION

By You

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include violation of these Terms, abusive behavior, or extended inactivity.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Informal Resolution

Before filing a formal dispute, you agree to contact us at essg.tools@gmail.com to attempt informal resolution.

Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that you may bring claims in small claims court if eligible.

Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES WITH US ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

14. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
